We have allotted valuable time in the provider's schedule for your appointment. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your child’s appointment and provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If your appointment is missed, a $25 per patient fee will be charged to your account. Families with recurring lateness and missed appointments, more than 3 times within a 12-month period, may be discharged from the practice. This policy helps us ensure availability for all families in need of timely care.
